Plant Tissue Culture
Plant tissue culture, also known as micropropagation, is a technique where plant cells, tissues, or organs are grown in a sterile, controlled environment on a nutrient medium. This method allows for the rapid production of genetically identical copies of a parent plant.
Seedling
A seedling is a young sporophyte developing out of a plant embryo from a seed. Seedling development starts with germination of the seed. Seedlings are generally transplanted, when the first pair of true leaves appear.
